IllAIra is in beta, and that is exactly what a beta is for: finding out what breaks and what is missing. Every report becomes a ticket with a number, and we read them one by one.
What we do with what you write
We keep your email and your text to handle the report: to reply to you, to ask you for a detail, to recognise that two people have found the same thing. It is not a new account, it does not sign you up to any list and it appears nowhere. The full picture is on the privacy page.
Your files do not pass through here and never have: what you send is the form, not your work.
For your account — access, password, deletion — the way is account@illaira.com, which is faster than a desk. For privacy, privacy@illaira.com.
